Rock drilling comes first
Every anchor point starts with rock drilling under water. The work-class ROV drills vertically into seabed rock or horizontally into a rock face, then the bolt is installed and grouted in the same operation.
The operation is run from the surface with live video, so drilling, bolt installation and the finished attachment point are documented without divers in the water.
